SIDE EFFECTS The most serious adverse reactions associated with the administration of Larodopa having frequent occurrences are: adventitious movements such as choreiform and/or dystonic movements.

The following adverse reactions have been observed in patients receiving tetracyclines: Gastrointestinal: Anorexia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, glossitis, dysphagia, enterocolitis, and inflammatory lesions (with monilial overgrowth) in the anogenital region.

SIDE EFFECTS The safety of DOSTINEX Tablets has been evaluated in more than 900 patients with hyperprolactinemic disorders. Most adverse events were mild or moderate in severity.

SIDE EFFECTS In controlled clinical trials, the most frequent adverse reactions reported for DOVONEX were burning, itching, and skin irritation, which occurred in approximately 10-15% of patients.

SIDE EFFECTS Patients with Ovarian Cancer Safety data are available from 239 patients treated with DOXIL® on the randomized ovarian cancer study.

SIDE EFFECTS Symptoms of anorexia, nausea, and vomiting are the most frequently noted of all toxic reactions. Over 90% of patients are affected with the initial few doses.

SIDE EFFECTS Adverse reactions associated with the use of DTP include local redness, warmth, edema, induration with or without tenderness, as well as urticaria and rash.

SIDE EFFECTS Adverse reactions were generally mild and transient. The most common adverse events leading to withdrawal in both treatment groups were associated with the reproductive system.

SIDE EFFECTS Adverse reactions seen during continuous epidural clonidine infusion are dose-dependent and typical for a compound of this pharmacologic class. The adverse events most frequently reported in the pivotal controlled clinical trial of continuous epidural clonidine administration consisted of hypotension, postural hypotension, decreased heart rate, rebound hypertension, dry mouth, nausea, confusion, dizziness, somnolence, and fever.

SIDE EFFECTS In post-marketing experience, deaths from hypoventilation due to inappropriate use of DURAGESIC® (fentanyl transdermal system) have been reported (see BOX WARNING and CONTRAINDICATIONS).

SIDE EFFECTS Systemic Adverse experiences following the administration of etidocaine are similar in nature to those observed with other amide local anesthetic agents.

SIDE EFFECTS Hyper-reactive individuals may display ephedrine-like reactions such as tachycardia, palpitations, headache, dizziness, or nausea.
